Harmony Eldercare met the senior citizens of Nanganallur. Dr Srivatsan spoke about the Wants and Needs of Elders. He emphasized that stress can cause diseases and therefore it is important to be happy.
He also advised on healthy eating. A Senior citizen should cut down carbohydrates and substitute their diets with more vegetables and salads.
Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Spirituality are good for the mind and body which must be practiced on a daily basis.
